When you click on the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of this page, you will be taken to a screen showing a box like the one below. Input you Name, Address and the Date your windows were cleaned (date as shown on invoice) into the "Description" box, then input the amount you have been charged into the "Unit Price" box.
Once you have provided the necessary information, please click on the "Update Totals" button, you can then log into Paypal to complete your payment.
