Price list 2011/2012
There is a minimum area charge of 30 square meters or £120.00.
Block paving
Pressure Wash clean is priced at £4.00 per square meter
Pressure Wash clean and re-sand is priced at £7.50 per square meter (recommended)
We highly recommend re-sanding after power wash cleaning, as some of the dirty jointing sand will have been removed in the driveway or patio cleaning process. The sand must be replaced to maintain the structural integrity of your driveway or patio. New kiln dried sand will also match you newly cleaned driveway or patio.
Slabs and solid surfaces including concrete slabs, natural stone, crazy paving, tarmac, concrete, tennis courts etc.

Decking
Power Wash clean only £4.00 per square meter
Power Wash clean and teak oil £7.50 per square meter
Walls and fences
Pressure Wash is priced £8.00 per linear meter (quoted for a 6ft fence)
Furniture and ornaments
Jet Wash clean of Chairs from £3.50 each
Jet Wash clean tables from £7.00 each
Jet Wash clean ornaments from £3.50
Stain removal
Stubborn stains like oil and paint will require specialist chemical agents and will be priced on an individual basis.
Driveway and patio Sealing
We do offer a sealing service for solid and block paved areas. However this option is best discussed in person, as there is a wealth of different products available and their suitability will be dependent on site, situation and budget. We will be happy to advise you on this subject and provide you will all the information to help you make a choice.
